As a Senior Textile Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks. You''ll do this by:

• Setting up, operating, and performing routine maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues independently
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company safety standards
• Mentor and train junior operators, providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing without direct supervisory responsibilities

Bring to the Table:

• Diploma or GED (trade creds = bonus points)
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in machine ops
• Tech knowledge: Proficient in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery
• Handy with tools, gauges, and fix-it know-how
• Sharp eye to keep quality solid
• Stamina to lift and stand through the shift
• Team player who shows up and works safely
