Role Overview

Are you a data-driven change maker? Investigate our consulting opportunities. Using your detective skills, youll identify and define the analytical and reporting needs to support our clients on new engagements. You will leverage your business and client knowledge while partnering with client teams to address pricing management challenges.

Core Responsibilities

1. Provide hands-on client consulting and analysis to drive sustainable growth through pricing and profit strategies.
2. Collaborate with internal and client teams to identify and define analytical and business requirements supporting client objectives.
3. Use analytical and problem-solving skills to develop models, manipulate data, and uncover trends that reveal business opportunities.

Characteristics

Exhibits a proactive problem-solving attitude, able to identify alternative approaches and make recommendations. Demonstrates inventiveness in seeking solutions and analyzes data to present compelling arguments.

Responsibilities

Project Execution

1. Prioritize and deliver assigned tasks on time with quality results, demonstrating urgency.
2. Follow standard processes, templates, and tools for building client materials.
3. Communicate status, risks, and issues impacting work quality or timeliness.
4. Demonstrate proficiency with tools like Excel, Power Pivot, and analytical software.
5. Provide analysis and models as directed by team leads.
6. Complete ad hoc data queries and analysis.
7. Maintain excellent attention to detail.

Client Engagement

1. Engage with C-suite leadership.
2. Handle routine reporting and communicate findings to clients.
3. Present analysis during internal and client meetings.
4. Absorb and incorporate constructive feedback.
5. Use listening and questioning techniques to understand client issues.

Team Engagement

1. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
2. Participate in company growth initiatives.
3. Model company culture and core values.
4. Contribute proactively to team deliverables.
5. Manage quality of own work.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data analysis on large, complex datasets or relevant academic projects/internships.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, including presenting analysis to executive clients preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
• Upbeat, driven, and action-oriented.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with personal accountability.
• Ambition to perform in a dynamic environment.

Travel

Target of 6-8 days per month.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $82,500 - $90,000, based on skills and experience. Possible participation in discretionary bonus program.
